# Bitcoin Explorer — Blocks, Transactions & Addresses

> Explore Bitcoin mainnet blocks, transactions and public addresses with source-labeled network snapshots and paginated address history.

The mainnet explorer runs directly on this URL using plain HTML, CSS and a small native JavaScript module. Live public data is served through the Rust API. The dashboard shows a CoinMarketCap BTC/USD quote (CoinLore fallback), Kraken hourly price chart, ten recent blocks and ten transactions from the latest block. Market capitalization, circulating supply, network difficulty, fees and estimated difficulty adjustment are source-labeled. Block and transaction RPC uses PublicNode with Tatum fallback; the free Blockstream Esplora index supplies address summaries and confirmed history. Data is provider-reported, not independently verified consensus. Results show their source and update time. Histories and transaction details are paginated, with exact satoshi amounts. OP_RETURN outputs show bounded hex payloads and readable UTF-8 messages; binary data and decoding failures are explicitly labeled. Refresh explicitly for current data. Never enter wallet secrets. Dedicated tools provide local keys, legacy message signing and confirmed broadcast. Wallet transaction signing and portfolio management are not provided.
